Warranty Duration

    • Coverage Period: One (1) year from the purchase date.

Warranty Coverage

What is included:
    • Defects in parts, components, or materials.
    • Issues due to poor workmanship or manufacturing faults.
What is excluded:
    • Problems not related to manufacturing.
    • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse.
    • Products serviced or repaired without authorization.
    • Lack of proper maintenance as determined by Arctand Labs.
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Demo units bought from distributors or dealers.
    • Counterfeit products bought from unauthorized sellers.
    • Costs for shipping the product to and from Arctand Labs.
If your product has a defect, Arctand Labs will:
    • Repair the product at no cost with new parts.
    • Replace the product with a new or functionally equivalent product made from new or refurbished parts.
Replacement Policy:

The replacement product or part will have the same remaining warranty as the original product or a 90-day warranty from the replacement date, whichever is longer.
